This restaurant has only been open for about four months. The partners Ermir and Arber say they are very fortunate to be doing a very brisk business despite the COVID-19 pandemic. My wife and I visited early on a Sunday evening and nearly every table in the place was occupied, the patrons were having a good time, and plenty of awesome looking food was being served. Patrons are encouraged to BYOB. Seating is available indoors as well as outdoors on the patio.

The restaurant is located in an almost obscure strip mall near the railroad crossing in Warminster. Sit-down dining is available either inside or on the outdoor patio. There are approximately a dozen socially distanced tables in each location. Hand sanitizers are also available. Both take-out and delivery are also available.

In addition to Neapolitan Brick Oven Pizza, the menu offers a wide range of Italian Appetizers, Sandwiches, Entrees, Sides, and House-made Desserts. There are even a few items for the kids. Most entrees are available in both lunch and dinner sized servings.

My wife and I arrived and were promptly seated by one of the partners at a nice table near the entrance. The partners and their staff members all seem to pitch in to make you feel that your presence is welcome, your business is appreciated. Our waiter Matt told us about the specials of the day. He answered my questions and had knowledge of the full menu. He gave us a few minutes to review the menu and soon returned with a basket of warm bread and a dish with olive oil laced with a balsamic vinegar reduction and herbs. The bread was soft, had a nice crust and went well with the dip. Matt took my order for an iced tea which was strong and flavorful, the way I like it. Matt has a positive upbeat personality that was 110% about making sure we were happy

We skipped having an appetizer although we found several of interest; such as a giant plate of Mussels Fra Diavolo ($10) and an Antipasto Board ($16) with Prosciutto di Parma, sopressata, mixed olives parmigiano, fresh mozzarella and herbed crustini. My wife ordered the Lobster Ravioli ($20) topped with grape tomatoes, peas and a rosa sauce. The dish was served with 5 large ravioli that were stuffed with big chunks of lobster. The ravioli were nice and tender. The sauce was delicious and went perfectly with the lobster.

I ordered the house special Osso Buco ($28). The veal shank was braised to perfection and served over a delicious bed of mushrooms and rice with vegetables. The sauce on the shank was superb. The portion was so large that I took half of it home in a box.

Some of the other entrees that caught our interest were: Risotto Di Gamberi ($21) with jumbo shrimp, artichoke hearts, and shaved Brussels sprouts, Vitello di Funghi ($21) veal medallions sautéed with porcioni and Portobello mushrooms in a demi-glaze sauce over angel hair and Gnocchi Pomadoro or Gorgonzola ($16 and $18) homemade gnocchi in either a pomodoro or gorgonzola sauce. The menu has enough variety to satisfy most palettes.

It started to rain while we were finishing our dinner. It was amazing how quickly and efficiently the staff helped everyone from the outdoor patio relocate to tables inside. The move was complete in only a couple of minutes.

We had a good dinner and a delightful evening. I am sure that we will come back soon.
